The first session of the Paediatrics Masterclass series delivered in partnership with the Queensland Children's Hospital.
The first session of the 2022 Paediatric Masterclass focusses on children presenting with learning difficulties. The expert panel will focus on how to tease out whether language, cognition, attention or other factors are playing a major role in the child’s presentation. With a case-based, pragmatic approach, you’ll hone your ability to choose and interpret assessment tools, so that you can help guide the family on which assistance is likely to be most useful for a child struggling at school.
This content is approved for 3 CPD points for the 2020-2022 triennium.
The 8th annual Paediatric Masterclass for General Practice will take place in October and November 2022.
This year’s Masterclass will be delivered in partnership with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is the premier paediatric education event for GPs in Queensland.
The Masterclass is free and will be delivered fortnightly as a four-part evening webinar series, beginning Tuesday, 11 October 2022.
This year’s topics include language and learning, abdominal pain and functional somatic symptoms, endocrinology, and urgent care.
