NQPHN is seeking EOI applications from individuals with the qualifications, knowledge, experience, and attributes that will contribute to the organisation achieving its vision of northern Queenslanders living happier, healthier, longer lives.

About the Community Advisory Group
The NQPHN CAG ensures that practical recommendations and advice from a local North Queensland perspective are included as part of NQPHN’s review of investment decisions and outcomes are progressed in accordance with the strategic intent of NQPHN.
The NQPHN Board is currently seeking expressions of interest from community members across the Cape and Torres, Cairns, Townsville, and Mackay regions to join the CAG. CAG membership provides an excellent opportunity to help shape the delivery of primary health care in North Queensland.
Members will be selected to represent the geographical, cultural, social, lifespan, and health issues of the local area. Learn more.
About the Clinical Council
The NQPHN Clinical Council provides the NQPHN Clinical Governance sub-committee of the Board with contemporary advice on local health needs and priorities ensuring that there is an appropriate evidence base to regional commissioning, specifically, planning and design of services, stakeholder engagement, and continuing development and refinement of the Health Needs Assessment (HNA).
The Clinical Council provides a critical overview of the NQPHN regions to ensure that overall investment is in line with the regional HNA.
The Council acts in an advisory capacity to the NQPHN Clinical Governance Committee which has the delegated responsibility of the NQPHN Board.
NQPHN Board is currently seeking nominations from clinicians located in the Mackay, Townsville, Cairns, and Cape and Torres regions to participate in the NQPHN Clinical Council. Learn more.
