2022 National Advance Care Planning (ACP) Week Virtual Forum (Day 5)

The Statewide Office of Advance Care Planning (ACP) is holding a virtual forum during National ACP Week, 21-27 March 2022.

Hear first-hand from experts about ACP initiatives and updates to assist in your upskilling on this important healthcare measure.

The 2022 National ACP Week Virtual Forum supports upskilling of health care professionals by sharing ACP updates and initiatives from across Queensland. Take this opportunity to hear first-hand from quality speakers who are experts in their field.

The 2022 Forum will run as daily, hour-long virtual lunchbox sessions on Monday to Thursday. On Friday, from 12pm-1.30pm, a special expert panel will discuss a case study: ACP and COVID: from the big smoke to the bush.

All sessions will be live streamed via Microsoft Teams.
