Palliative Care Queensland
Children and teenagers experience grief too.
PalliLearn aims to build community knowledge, death literacy, compassion literacy, and community capacity in relation to serious illness, dying, death, and grief, by providing quality and easy to understand education courses.
The courses are designed as basic training for those working or involved in the health sectors. For example: nurses, social workers, allied health staff, AINs, pastoral care workers, pharmacists, paramedics, volunteer coordinators, and community development workers. There is no requirement for training or experience within the palliative care space to attend.
