Casual receptionist needed for a busy medical centre in Townsville.
The Eastbrooke Family Clinic (EFC) Townsville is a quality mixed-billing medical centre. They are seeking an experienced Casual Receptionist to join their great team in the provision of high quality primary medical services.
Candidate attributes
It is desirable that the prospective candidate possess the following attributes:
- at least two years' experience in a GP Practice or similar healthcare profession, either managing a practice or at a senior receptionist level seeking additional responsibility, however EFC are happy to train the right candidate
- excellent organisational and time management skills
- enthusiastic, flexible team player, excellent customer service, and outstanding communication skills
- computer literate and experience with Best Practice preferable
- positive attitude and willingness to take the initiative.
Position
Th Casual Receptionist position will cover day shifts, with shifts varying and the roster including some morning and afternoon shifts. Workplace uniforms will be provided.
