North Queensland Skin Centre (NQSC) is a primary care skin cancer clinic, offering screening, diagnosis, and management of skin cancers and melanomas across all risk profiles. Through the use of the latest developments in technology and techniques they provide the current gold standard of care in skin cancer diagnosis and management. 

North Queensland Skin Centre is looking for an enthusiastic Medical Assistant who would be trained in assisting the Doctors with excisions, dressings, wound treatment, and LED treatment. The successful candidate will also be trained in the FotoFinder.

Alongside the clinical role, the successful application will also be trained in reception. So this will be a dual role. 

NQSC are located inside Health and Wellbeing North Ward at 34 Gregory Street, next to Queens Gardens and a short walk to Castle Hill or the Strand. 

They currently have three Skin GPs, two Nurses, and an Administrative Team.
