Queens Beach Medical Centre is seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to join our team and lead our practice operations.

Are you an experienced Practice Manager or a senior receptionist looking to step up in your career? We are seeking a Practice Manager to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management. Lead, motivate, and support a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure the practice complies with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards. Implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain accreditation standards.
- Patient Relations: Foster a welcoming and efficient environment for patients. Handle patient inquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop staff. Manage performance evaluations, professional development, and staff welfare.
Requirements
- Ideally experience as a Practice Manager, otherwise three plus years similar experience within general practice.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in Best Practice Software.
- Strong conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage staff.
