The national surveys will help them to understand:
- the level of frontline workers’ personal preparedness for emergencies such as pandemic, bushfire, flood etc
- the roles, capacity, and willingness of service providers in enabling their clients in emergency preparedness
- the tools and training needed to improve business continuity before, during, and after a disaster.
Your input would help the researchers to design an operational framework at the community level to facilitate that “no one ever gets left behind due to a lack of planning and preparation”.
